When troubles come, it's not the time to complain and doubt God but it is time to stand firm in your faith and trust the power from above. PRESIDENT'S ADVANCED LEVEL 3 SUMMARY  South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the nation last night on what could be expected on what he terms "advanced level 3" for lockdown.
